I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere, but I'm new and don't understand much of what you guys are talking about. Is there a US Wii 100% unlocked Mario Kart savegame out there, and if so where? If not, then what's the easiest way to make the PAL one's that I've found work on an America Wii?
