As I already answered to many questions to DDR or GH3. Those extra music you can't download for free online to your wii.
You can only buy from store or download from PC online then transfer them to your wii.
I recommend the later as not only music you can download, but also many wii games etc. you can download too! That is relatively much cheaper than purchasing games from store...
