From a technical standpoint, any game will work, since it is just a plastic frame for holding the Wiimote and Nunchuk in place. However:
1) Since it locks them in place relative to each other, any action the requires simultaneous independant motions of the Wiimote and Nunchuk won't be possible.
2) Since you are supposed to hold the handle under the Wiimote, rather than the Wiimote itself, it's not designed with the intent of giving you easy access to the face buttons on the Wiimote.
