Wii Game Save Forums Re-arranged

Hey guys, I have arranged the Wii Game Save section a bit, and made the following changes.

Before:
Users were not allowed to start new thread (share game save) within the forums.
Now:
Users can now share Wii Game saves (start new thread) within the specific region forums.

Before:
Users share and request using the sub-forums.
Now:
Users can share within the region forums. Users now can request game saves in the new "request wii game save" forum.
