It seems as tho the ESA ("Entertainment Software Association") has shut down the website of one of the leading Wii mod chips on the market.

This is a big blow at the Wii homebrew scene. We will have to wait and see how CycloWiz will deal with this issue.

it's obviously illegal in the U.S., looks like wiikey is smarter this time. They got their website hosted in China and manufacture them in China (maybe?) too. The U.S. can't really do anything about that because there's no term named "copyright" in communism countries.
