Guitar Hero III to Feature Tom Morello as Boss
RATM and Audioslave guitarist to become Legend of Rock.
Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello will appear as a boss character in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, joining the previously announced Slash (both pictured) from Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver. Rumored earlier in the week by a German brochure (reportedly from publisher Activision), Morello's appearance was confirmed today via a Rolling Stone blog post, in which the guitarist admitted that his real-life skills don't necessarily carry over when he plays the game.
"Whenever I play Guitar Hero my opponent always kicks my ass on my own riffs," said Morello. "It's embarrassing. Now that I'm actually in the game I hope the digital me will win once in a while!" Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will hit retail in November for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and PlayStation 2.

Yes it comes with all that, and a price tag to rival the Wii. Rumored cost of Rock Band is $250. While the Wii Guitar Hero 3 is $89.99. I rather get Guitar Hero 3, since they now have that little blue 'Nintendo WFC' on it. It is on the top left corner of the box. Don't believe me, go to Red Octane's website and see.

yes gh3 is confirmed online play. downloadable songs is still in question though.
rock band just looks much better content wise. price wise I agree, but we don't know for sure on prices yet but your probably close if not correct.

I know what you mean, but if you want to sing, play Boogie. The karaoke part of it is fun. I loved it. If you want to dance, dance, then get DDR. Rhythm is the name of the game. If you wanna play guitar, get Guitar Hero. They have done well with the first two games, so I can't wait to see what they do with the third this fall.
If I am not mistaken that equals about $210 for those three games.

If you want to sing rock/good songs buy rock band.
If you want to drum buy rock band.
If you want to play guitar to a better song selection buy rock band.
If you want fender stratocaster guitar buy rock band.
If you don't want one of items you can buy the game separate and buy whatever item you want, or use a guitar hero guitar.
Both have pros and cons, but rock band isn't always 250.. and boogie is rated one of the worst games on the wii and it is from when I played it.

I agree on the fact that Boogie over all was a bad game. The only part I liked when I played it was the singing.
