OK the reason I suggested this was simple:
There are a lot of people on here with modded Wiis. Therefore have backups of their owned games. What better way to present these backups than with the correct cover for the box.
This works for people but personally I just keep my backups in a 240 cd case.

i personally use a big cd case as well for all my originals and backups
and then i make the covers cd case size so i can slide it in like an insert
it makes it look nice and i dont have to carry around a bunch of game cases
