Zelda TP, Stuck!!!

I'm stuck in Zelda.
After finnishing death mountain and returned to Kakariko village and bought the bombs etc, i'm told to get north to Lanayru Province by "Midna". And after crossing Hyrule fields and the stone bridge i blew up the boulders on the other side, so far so good. Then the heaven opened and destroyed part of the bridge (no return) and dropped down 3 black monsters. But since it was pretty late that night i desided to save and quit, so i did.
But then when i started the day after i was on the wrong side of the bridge and i can't find a way to get to the other side.
Please help anyone.

I assume that you cannot warp with Midna, since that would be the easiest way around.

there is, sadly no real way to get over tat bridge short of repairing that bridge, teleporting, or going the long way (wich is blocked off if I am correct.)

the only other route I can think of is going to the southern hyrule feild and heading towards lake hylia, that may help, though you'd have to travel all the way back to the oter entrance to the twilight covered area to get the scent you need to continue the story

you may need to make a whole new savegame and start over from the beginning, I know this probably makes you angry but it's the blunt truth

But after browsing the net and a Norwegian forum i was told that i was stuck in one of two deadly glitches. This one that i've mentioned in the post, and another in a room with a canon.
So there is no way around this problem, had to start all over again, but what the heck its an awsome game
