Tiger Woods 08 Help: Can't Swing

Hey guys,
During mid game, I was no longer able to swing in Tiger Woods 08. When I point the remote down, and hit B, it tells me that it cannot swing, and to point the remote down. The cursor still works in game, and is the correct sensitivity, and works in all other games as well. I've tried changing the sensor from above to below, and recalibrating, but nothing seems to allow me to shoot.

nevermind. I figured it out. Wii Golf was having the same problem, except the guy always held back. The sensor was screwed up in the remote. I then dropped it on purpose, and now it works. but I guess it's time to get a new one
