Who Wants Achievements?? - Loving Wii Forums

I don't know about you guys but I have become slightly addicted to achievement points on the 360 and am almost to the point I will not rent at game unless they have them...so my question to you is "Would you like to see an achievement system on the Wii?

P.S. They need to add Road Rash from n64 for download...man that game made me laugh so hard. Good times,good times!!

could you perhaps explain acheivement points more clearly?

are they like high scores or something tat are uploaded to XboX Live?

Each game usually has 1000 points each and you get it for various things depending on what game it is. Like if its a shooting game it could be using that weapon 100x on multiplayer or for single player there are acheievements for getting through certain levels. Here is a site I use to check achievements for games. It might help to explain it easier

hell yeah! I know what you mean i loved the gamerscore aspect of the 360. and it could be even better on the wii like you could spend your hard earned points on things rather than the just being sat the doing nothing like on the 360.

well Home on the Ps3 seems to be doing something like this, with a trophy room of sorts to show off your gaming skills
