Problem with CSI hard evidence

Hi

Never posted before, so not sure I'm in the right place, but I'm having a problem with the CSI hard evidence game in case 1. When I have collected the turpentine can and developed the partial print, it won't let me use the adhesive tape to collect the print, meaning I can go no further in the game at all until this is done. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do? I have already tried restarting the game, but that didn't work. Is anyone else having the same problem?
