Mii Plaza is where all your Miis are and Miis your friends send to you.

The Mii Parade is if your friends have Miis that want to travel, they will be seen walking down the screen in a parade.

When ur friend sets their miis with mingle and those mii will "walk" to your wii and that mii will show up at Mii Plaza
