I know what it is, and what you are suppose to be able to do with it, but if you don't know what code to input, what good does it do you? I wouldn't want to randomly inject garbage into the memory in real time - that could screw everything up, right?
Directions on how to learn to use the software running on the pc that is connected would be nice - anybody know anything at all about this stuff?
Thanks

That was the 1st thing I did, bro, but at your suggestion, I went back and looked again. The product isn't even listed in the support section. All I could find is the general description of the product, which doesn't say if the pc software comes with instructions or not. I sent a query to the support guys, but I have little faith in their answers, as they will unboubtably be biased to try to get me to buy the product.
If anybody has used this hardware/software, I would appreciate any information you would be willing to share with me. Thanks

If I were you, I wouldn't do it. I thought about it myself, but I don't want to risk it.
If a Wii firmware update detects the Drive Doctor, it will brick your Wii. Then you would have to get a new one.
And, you know that it requires you to cut open the Wii and modify the motherboard, right?

Yeah, I know about the mod that has to be done. I'm not really worried about that, and the firmware update (I assume ) would take place through the internet connection, which I don't have. I'm unfortunate enough to live in the sticks where high speed isn't available.
I would be willing to go through with it if I could get the above mentioned information, but it looks like it may not exist - or nobody wants to share it.
That's the way it goes, I guess. Thanks to the ones that participated in this thread!

In some games, there is a firmware update to prevent mods like that.
And that sucks that you don't have high speed Internet. I know what that's like. (I have a 2nd house that doesn't have Internet at all!)
But it's fully up to you if you want to do it.

Codejunkies tech support finally replied to my inquiry:
" Here is the manual in PDF format. At this time I am unsure if there will be any supported code provided by codejunkies.com.
Please be sure to visit our support site at datelcustomerservice.com. Here you may find answers to many questions about our products, as well as a support ticket system for interacting with our Customer Service and Tech Support team to resolve any issues.

I uploaded it to rapidshare if any of you guys are curious:
Code:
http://rapidshare.com/files/138633083/Wii-DriveDoctor.pdf.html
It talks a little about the software, but it looks like me you'd need to be a professional programmer to be able to get anything out of it. I think I'll pass, but if anybody tries it out, let me know how it goes if you don't mind.
Cheers!!
