Wii points info please....

I'm looking for any info on how to acquire and utilize the Wii points so I can download some games.

There is two ways to aquire wii points

1. use a credit card: get your wii online (use a wireless router or use a nintendo wifi connector [see nintendowifi.com]) then go to the wii shop channel from your wii menu, after that has loaded choose "start shopping!" ten go to "add wii points" then choose "credit card" then follow the directions onscreen

2. wii points cards: wii points cards are available from most electronics/gaming stores, about 1$ US=100 Wii points, you can buy 2000 point cards for 20$ us at target/walmart/gamecraz/ect. in other countries ou can also buy 1000 point cards once you have a card go to the wii shop channel after getting your wii online (nintendowifi.com for details) ten choose "start shopping" then choose "add wii points" then choose "wii points card" then follow the onscreen directions

Okay. Thanks for the reply, Flamin'.....I was under the impression that Nintendo was offering some of the older content via free downloads. Guess I'll have to buy 'em.
