nintendo wii's are hard to find because they're a high selling game console that has a small amount of stock everywhere they are sold plus most people order the systems in advance to get the system when they are in stock. I have a wii and I had to order it online at walmart.com inorder to get it 2 weeks later when it would be in stock.

they are the cheapest out of the big three game systems...nintendo...usually has a great system...easy for everyone to use...it appeals to the entire family..and supply and demand baby keep the supply low ..and the demand stays high...try loooking at sam goodys if you have one in your town..its where i got the one i gave my kids at christmas...they had three fifteen other stores had none...good luck

1) it is one of the cheapest gaming systems out there right now.
2) it is a unique type of gaming system
3) Nintendo only sends a few to each store at one time to make it seem like it's in a higher demand.
4) people ask for it for Christmas so everyone tries to buy them at the same time.

so, if you wait a few months you probably won't have much of a problem finding one!

People love them. Nintendo can't supply the peoples demands so every time a store gets a shipment they sell out really fast.

wii's are hard to find because the factorys only produce so many that way people wnt them more and more so the factorys(nintendo) make more money out of people. This makes them hard to get because unlike the xbox360 or ps3 nintendo makes more money.

they are hard to find i got myne last month and i got it after 8 months of hard work searching u cant be lazy u have to call places i called ever place thatt has a wii at my place and even other towns nearby that wat u gotta do if u want a wii

Because all of the reasons mentioned...

Come to NYC they have them in stock at most of the gamestops I saw like 12 behind the counter the other day and nintendo world gets a shipment everyday but you have to be there before the store opens.
