Wii.
At launch, Nintendo had planned on having Wiis retail for $200 and still turning a profit on them, but retailers complained that the profit margins for them would be too small to make it worth carrying the Wii, so Nintendo bumped up the price. You can bet that the retailers aren't getting all of the $50 cushion.
At launch, PS3s were selling for $500-$600, but cost more like $800-$950 to make. It's believed that manufacturing costs on the PS3 have been cut in half now, meaning Sony is pretty much breaking even on hardware at this point (not counting the free Blu-ray movie deal they've got going). But overall, they have lost money on it.
360 at launch was losing about $100 per system, but by the end of the first year, they made about $75 per console. This has likely increased a bit, but since they weren't into the super-high-tech area the PS3 was at launch, nor have the stripped out basic features like Sony has, they haven't had the huge discounts of their main competition.
