Yes, you can use the Classic Controller for Naruto. However, be aware that on the big moves, you are supposed to do certain Wiimote/Nunchuk motions to get extra hits, and with the Classic Controller, you automatically miss out on those hits, and thus a bit of extra dmaage on each one. Not a huge deal, but important to be aware of.
The only Wii games I know of that support the Classic Controller are most of the fighting games: Naruto, DBZ:BT2, Smash Brothers.
The Classic Controller and Gamecube controller are similar, and generally any game that supports one will support the other as well.
