Perhaps you can assist , I am new to Wii and loving it.
I just d/l this file for trauma center, followed directions and can't see to bring up the file on the wii.
Plse advise

Is the folder structure in your SD card like this:
/private/wii/title/RKDE/data.bin

It should work then... you sure the game is US version? (i just wanna make sure)
After you saved it to SD card and inserted it into your Wii, run data management, read file from SD, do you see the file?

US, yes certainly. Thanks,
I ran it in wii, shows saved to wii in data mgmt. Do I still insert the trauma center sec opinion cd rom? I go to main panel and without disc it just spins a blank disc. Thanks await your assistance

I believe that's your originally game save. No, you don't need to insert the game cd rom.
What about the SD card in data management? Does it read the save you downloaded?

OK, now in data management, select [Wii], delete your original game save; now go to data management [SD card], select the save you downloaded, click "copy" to Wii console, that's it..
