The MK saves are not "fake". They are just stolen PowerSaves. They do work, but should only be used offline to avoid potential WFC issues.

I think you mean Offline, and yes, the mkwii saves are stolen powersaves, so I suggest no downloading it

a powersave is a save that comes wiht Datel's Powersaves product, they're bacically forcibly ripped files from a wii then converted into .wii files so that only Action Replay can use them
