Is this that one save that wont allow you to go online due to having the same FC?

Jay FNG, commented that this was his release. However, I'm not 100% sure. I'll test it out, but I need to figure out how I can copy the MKW save file.. (I have the tools, I just need some time)

Mario Kart Wii saves are NOT safe, I will say this again, the Codejunkies save works one-player ONLY, no online. and any other Mario kart Wii save can corrupt your wii's internal memory, they have to be ripped from internal memory wit Action Replay or a modchip, unless you can prove that it's safe, you can use it for your own purposes, but I suggest that noone download a 100% MKwii save, or brawl save, or something like that. there is a list of game saves that cannot be copied that I posted, if a game is on tat list and you want a save and can soehow find one I will say this only once more

It's NOT 100% unlock. It has NO Mii outfit B. I'm so tired of people who upload this save and say it's 100% unlock.

Do you actually have any proof of this? How can you be so sure if you haven't tried it? I've read what you've written here several times, and I am confused. How can the save corrupt your internal memory?
I agree that MK is one of the games that is locked to the system. However, Datel uses technology to unlock them. When you buy the PowerSave product, it provides you with the saves that you otherwise could not get. Also when you buy the product, it begs you not to share the .bin file. Obviously that is what happened here. This is FNG's save that someone took and shared. I feel these saves should only be used by those who have purchased the PowerSave product. Sadly, that is not going to happen. But does that make the save unsafe? I don't think that it does, but I am looking for someone to prove me wrong.
If you have proof that this save will damage your Wii, please share it. When I say "damage", I mean true damage, not simply that you cannot play online which again is unconfirmed as far as I can tell...

The reason why it won't work online is because the profile of that save has been online once and therefore created the friend code on the save. So what we need now is a save that have not been online yet. As for the Smash Brawl save it worked fine since it generated new friend codes for every user profile.

Thank you. Does the save do any actual damage to the Wii?
So everyone who has used the save now has the same friend code?
Is there anyone who can confirm this? I am going to put the save on my Wii. Someone else who has also used the save, let's compare friend codes and see if they are the same.

Trust me its the same code, because I have tested it on 2 Wiis. As for harming your Wii is next to impossible. The only thing that it may cause is freezing your gaming, but as far as I know it has yet to happen. For now this MK save file is only good for offline. You can still go online however chances are others with the same save with the same FC will be on as well. Hopefully someone can hex edit it and remove the FC.

the reason I say that you should use at your own risk is because it's not an official Nintendo save, though none are, but the Powersaves product is not officialy lisenced by Nintendo so they cann't guarentee that the saves will work, there may be a reason that the game's save is locked, though we cannot discern this as of yet, look at the Freeloader, it says IN THE INSTRUCTIONS
This is not licensed by nintendo and is not guarenteed to work with future firmware updates
the same can be of saves, what if Nintendo changed something in the save, so it can't be copied and so it could crash a different system, much like how a VC Game won't work on a second wii?

The save doesn't damage your Wii as far as I can tell but yes, you get the FC as the original save owner because he decided to wifi THEN give the save file >_> And dragon, just because the file was protected from being copied to SD doesn't mean it's dangerous or anything...Nintendo just may not have wanted players to get everything easily on those two games because they each show effort for unlocks on wifi (MK with the stars on the wii wheel/golden wii wheel and SSBB with the profile icons that you get for unlocking characters)
EDIT: And now all we need is some awesome guy to complete the game 100% but not wifi and post his save...

Actually, these are "official Nintendo saves". The issue is just that they are official saves that have been locked to the Wii. So yes, Datel used a program to remove these saves and the public does not have access to this program. But they are still real saves. And they work. If they didn't, Datel wouldn't be able to charge for their product. Like any smart company, they cover themselves by giving the disclaimer "we cannot promise that this will work". Ok, fine, it might not. But it does.
It seems like Nintendo is locking the saves for the games that go online. This makes sense. Nintendo rightfully doesn't want people who haven't earned the right to appear to be expert games (golden wheel, triple stars, etc.) They aim to prevent this by locking the save. Look at Mario Strikers Charged: that save is locked only to the extent of the online portion. They rest is transferable.
Now Nintendo is fully locking the WiFi games. This is where Datel PowerSaves come into play. Again, this doesn't mean that the saves don't work. As you rightfully pointed out, they are not licensed. But that doesn't mean the saves aren't real saves. Therefore if Nintendo were to release a Wii firmware update to block these saves, the update would block ALL saves, rendering ALL our "official" saves useless. This is unlikely. What is more likely is that Nintendo will change the way saves are stored on the Wii. Then we wouldn't be able to share saves anymore because they wouldn't work. (Please notice there is a big difference between something not working and something crashing your Wii.) Then some months later a smart person will figure the system out, and release a new product to share saves; the cycle repeats itself.
The point is, let's get all the information out there and figure out what is really going on with these saves. It appears Datel's monopoly is almost over and we may soon have access to saves generated on other Wii's regions. The last thing we need is misleading statements about damaged Wiis. Again, if you can prove it, let's see it. If not, don't spread fear for no reason.

No, what you said was that the save will corrupt your Wii's internal memory.
