This person is a liar. There is no reason to develop an external application to edit a save game file (since it's not DoD decryption it's a plain easy to access game encryption scheme). It's also an illegal enterprise to charge people first and foremost for just lies and it's illegal to charge for a tool that edits any aspect of an officially licensed product. That's breaking international intellectual laws and it's ground for prison time and/or large fines.

First of all, 5 British Pound Sterling (£) is closer to 10 American Dollars than 7 American Dollars. And secondly, this guy is a scam artist. He hooked us by stating that he had an answer to our problem, and that it would be provided shortly. Now is he trying to charge for it? Screw that. Correction :

1) Charging for a application like the above with a T&C isnt ilegal.

2) The data file is not "DoD" ,its something we was slightly stuck on editing as they have used a different encryption to what Wii uses in save files.

We do infact have the save file, but now its released else where you can find it.

This is the download link, so you don't have to join his forum but its a UK save so it's pretty much worthless for NTSC, he also goes by the name Lynx on other forums posting the same thing
