I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere, but I'm new and don't understand much of what you guys are talking about. Is there a US Wii 100% unlocked Mario Kart savegame out there, and if so where? If not, then what's the easiest way to make the PAL one's that I've found work on an America Wii?

I apologize if this is repetitive, but respond knowing that you'll have my eternal and undying gratitude for answering this.

I don't know of any yet but I'm positive that someone out there is making one and will post it on this forum soon and hopefully with all of the requirements that everyone has been talking about in previous threads.

I listed what the peoples main requirements for the saves are in a thread that I previously created on this forum.
