Yeah, and I've seen another trick where people do 1 lap, then turn around so that they're going the wrong way, and then the race is over and their time is really low. Those cheats must not work on every time trial though, otherwise we would have wii outfit B unlocked.

The save file doesn't have a friend code, but all of the four licenses are not 100%. Also, overall/gown Mii is not unlocked.
