1. getting DLC without purchasing it is illegal

2. I bet if a game supports DLC then it's save will be locked

what is FFCC:MLaaK anyway?

Really? I read an FAQ saying it was perfectly legal and could be transferred. And FFCC:MLaaK is short for Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles: My Life as a King.

if someone payed for it and gave it to someone else without giving royalties to te original creator it is illegal, just like buying a CD, then copying it and selling the copies without getting a license to sell it and paying the record company.
