This is a Wii Save for Mario Kart Wii (USA). It contains:
*All karts
*All bikes
*All characters
*One-star ranking, because I did not feel like making another three-star ranking gamesave (mine with my own locked friend code).[ --> IF ANYONE WANTS TO MAKE A 3 STAR RANKING OFF THIS BEFORE USING IT ONLINE, PLEASE POST IT TO WIISAVE.COM OR LOVINGWII.COM!!!]
If you want three stars, do it yourself. There are already a few courses with three-star rankings.
The majority have two stars, so you could go for that if you want.
*NO LOCKED FRIEND CODE IN THIS SAVE, Which means you can get on Nintendo Wi-Fi

Yeah, I started using this file and when I first installed it there was no friend ID. I've used it online since then, got a friend ID, and it seems to be working fine.
The only thing I wonder is what the difference is between the two working versions. There's the one that was posted here in this thread, but there's also an 'updated' copy on wiisave, which is what I've been using. The original file is here: Wii Save - Nintendo Wii Game Saves > Mario Kart Wii 100% USA No Homebrew Required!!!, but I'm not sure what the difference is between this and the 'updated version' (besides the fact that the file is 2.79MB instead of 2.8 ( Wii Save - Nintendo Wii Game Saves > Mario Kart Wii USA 100% NO FC).
If anyone knows the difference, I would be curious to hear what it is... |

No difference at all size is different because the original (mine) had a readme packed with it, the updated one is a rip of mine... |

This will overwrite my original save file, right? I'll just need to go in and select my Mii to associate with this new save? After which, I will end up with a new Friend Code upon connection to WFC?
