Looking for a premodded Wii?

I was thinking of buying a premodded Wii due to the entire complications concerning various regions and homebrew games, and I was wondering if anyone was selling one, or at the very least point me in the direction of someone who is. If anyone could do this, and it's not against the rules to be requesting such things, let me know.

On a somewhat unrelated matter, where are the rules for this site? I tried clicking on the FAQ, but didn't see anything that delt with what I'm asking (yes, I'm a noob, but I at least try not to be a n00b).

Okay, I managed to read the rules, and just to clarify things, would this mean that you can't request anything dealing with modchips (wheather the device itself or as part of a much larger console)? I'm not sure, because while yes, they do circumvnt protection, not all backups are illegal (ie. backups), plus modchips are used to region free a device, plus play homebrew games. So, if it is against the rules, let me know.

As far as advertising is concerned, I don't know if asking if people have any to sell is okay or not. I mean...this is what this section of the board is for, right?

As for craigslist, sorry, no one in my area, plus I can't figure out how to contact anyone (there is no contact information in their post).

well, I beleive, if I read the rules posts correctly, it says tat you cannot advertse anything illegal. (pirated music, games, and such) but you are allowed to ask anyone if they're selling a premodded wii, but if someone advertised the selling of it, it'd be counted as spam unless in this section of the forums. I do not think you'd find anyone who would sell their modded wii on tis site.

the modchipping of a wii is not illegal, it just voids te warranty, ad if you were to sell a modded wii console without stating that it has a modchip then that would be false advertising (illegal) and again, making copies of a game is not illegal either, but selling or giving away the copy of the game is. (pirating)
